Friday, January 21, 2011. So first things first. As of today, Friday the 21st. I've lost 20 pounds in two weeks. and I also had feelings of. anger toward naturally skinny people. On that note. I'm okay with it now, some of us just have to work harder. Today I decided to work out after work. I jumped on an eliptical for 15 minutes at some pretty good results.
