Citizens' Coalition for Social Justice. Citizens' Coalition for Social Justice. Our group is based in Tigard, Oregon. Citizens' Coalition for Social Justice (CCSJ) was established in 2012. We meet monthly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays. Members work on the social justice issues that concern them. Participation varies to include signing petitions, calling State and Federal legislators, writing letters to the editor, attending events, and working on political campaigns.
