Monday, April 30, 2012. Hannah in a Nutshell. Following my previous post, here's another Hannah quote. I think I'll make these posts pretty regularly just so I can remember her goofy cuteness. :). I'm a giant party! Hahathat pretty much sums up our little girl. :). Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Hannah, as she was laying on the couch, trying to sleep: "Linnea, don't touch me! Mommy, "pretend Linnea" keeps touching me and I'm trying to sleep! Yes, she really calls her "pretend Linnea"! Me: "Why is it scary?

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. Deuteronomy 6:5. Sunday, March 31, 2013. This weekend we had the pleasure of celebrating Ben's 5th birthday! Ben asked to have a party at his gymnastics school, and I think it was a hit. He and his buddies got to take turns on the trampoline, swing rope, trapeze and bouncy slide. All this activity was followed by cake and juice boxes. Fun and yum! Ben has always been very serious about eating his cake!

Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Please Pray for this Family. I've been blown away by this family's story and their testimony through it. I went to high school with their daughter and, while I don't know the family personally, I have been amazed at how the Lord is using them to show is power and glory! Here is how their story started:. We (Phil and Gloria Shaffer) live in the San Francisco East Bay area in a. Quaint little town called Clayton. We. Early in the morning on July 5, Stephen's younger brother, AJ, w...

Blessing For Life: September 2013

Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Reality = Unplanned Frustrations. I was just finishing up a wonderful blog post about all the great things that have happened the past six months that Nate and I have been married. And then my computer shut down on me. We currently need to turn our basement lights on when we want to use the internet. We still do not have a stove, and we blow a fuse when we use the toaster oven and microwave at the same time. We still do not have vent covers for our duct work and have realized...

Blessing For Life: Hospitalization
http://blessingforlife17.blogspot.com/2010/11/hospitalization.html
Tuesday, November 16, 2010. I ended up calling my mom that morning, screaming. And crying, not sure what was going on. She told me she was hanging up to call my aunt who lives right down the road. Pretty soon, my aunt was at my dorm and took me to her house. I was hesitant. To get into her car - I felt like I was an elderly. Next thing I knew, there was a police officer in the room with us, asking me all sorts of questions - that was intimidating! Worker, and he st rapped. On Friday, I had some visitors,...

http://blessingforlife17.blogspot.com/2013/04/1-month-later.html
Tuesday, April 16, 2013. Nate and I celebrated 1 month of marriage today! Since coming back from Colorado, we have somewhat settled into a routine and are slowly working through all the phone calls, decisions, and paperwork involved in changing a name and moving to a new house. Here are a few updates:. We still do not have a stove, but have been faithfully using the crock pot, waffle maker, and microwave to make creative meals - only one of which we will never make again. We truly have enjoyed this past ...

Blessing For Life: A Story Worth Telling
http://blessingforlife17.blogspot.com/2013/11/a-story-worth-telling.html
Saturday, November 16, 2013. A Story Worth Telling. Nate and I went to a wedding reception today, and it was actually 8 months ago today that we got married! With wedding thoughts on my mind, I looked back through some of our wedding pictures tonight, and then ending up reading through several Facebook posts leading up to our wedding day. This day had been in the back of my mind lately, knowing it was this month, but I honestly couldn't remember the exact day. Until today. November 16th. Matthew West's s...
