Sebastopol, the green artistic village right beside the Laguna de Santa Rosa, has created three color-coded, self-guided walking tours: The Sebastopol Ped Line. They are designed to help visitors find their way on foot from the Plaza to three key destinations:. Goes to the Laguna. Goes to Ives Park with its solar heated pool, and the Sebastopol Center for the Arts.

4 SECTIONS, 2 PHASES. Phase I – March 22 through May 17, 2014. Sheet mulch lawn and remove existing vegetation from sites facing Bodega Avenue and wrapping around City Hall. Install landscape and efficient drip irrigation system. Culminates on May 17, during the fifth annual "Community Resilience Challenge," a countywide campaign mobilizing people to conserve water, grow food, conserve energy, and build community. Phase I Cost: $25,000 – funded by the City of Sebastopol. Phase II – Summer/Fall 2014.
