The Mushroom Farm Blog. Growing Oyster Mushrooms on Coffee. This week we began the process of growing Oyster mushrooms on spent coffee grounds. The grounds were collected by the folks at CityLab. In Seattle from a few coffee shops in the neighborhood of our coming [storefront] mushroom farm.
