Hey, are the Testimonies intentionally not being posted online for privacy or some reason like that? I'm only curious because I missed the first week of mayhem testimonies (helping with the Ramblers) and noticed they weren't posted yet. Lisa Franklin, Monday, 5-14-12 7:25 PM. Literary Ruminations: The relative strength of first vs. third person narrative. July 31st, 2013 (10:47 pm). And now for something completely random. OK, I cant come up with any more. Id say 80% of what I read is third person, and many of my very favorite books are third person. My observation is primarily that - when a comparison is possible - it seems that authors write stronger novels when they actually get completely inside their characters head. Anyone else have any examples or counter examples?

The end of the story. June 20th, 2012 (09:09 pm). Those of you who following this blog know that I experienced a miscarriage a week and a half ago that landed me in the ER on Friday the 6th. Very frustrated, I spent another full day (probably too full! Hours in I was given 3 tylenol with half a glass of water and told to drink as little as possible. When I was new to digital scrapbooking, I got excited about using pre-made layered templates as shortcuts for my layouts. But I quickly found that the end product didn't live up to the billing in Gimp: it actually took me Longer to lay out my photos using the template than would have otherwise. And 3 to 5 photos that can be cropped into a square. 1 Resize and rotate the template if necessary.
