togblog: Graduation weekend
http://minertog.blogspot.com/2011/08/graduation-weekend.html
A page to link all of tog's family clan together. Down in Durham on Denise. Rach to the h. Thursday, August 4, 2011. A bit of catchup . . . graduation was only almost 3 months ago. Driving home, we take rest-stops for tea. We took a detour and stopped at Niagara Falls, approaching it from the Canadian side from which you can get a clear view of the American and Canadian falls. We looked down into the churning waters and watched cormorants diving. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Good News of Great Joy: September 2009
http://goodnewsofgreatjoy.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Good News of Great Joy. Photos of Judah and Micah for All the People. Wednesday, September 23, 2009. I know I am biased, but I honestly think this is the cutest picture EVER. Mommies are allowed to think their babies are adorable! There is an amazing playground near our new house that we call the "Castle Park." Judah absolutely loves it. Two of his favorite activities are:. Riding the horses (with all the intensity of a real jockey). Micah is even starting to join in the fun! Saturday, September 19, 2009.

togblog: Virginia
http://minertog.blogspot.com/2011/08/virginia.html
A page to link all of tog's family clan together. Down in Durham on Denise. Rach to the h. Thursday, August 4, 2011. One of the best days of the summer was June 11 when several friends from Wheaton and I met up to hike in Virginia off of Skyline Drive. I hadn't seen Donna Grace since last July, or Becky since the previous May, so it was wonderful to spend that time together and meet Brittany, another friend of DG. Becky wants to hike the Appalachian trail, so she trained by being our sherpa.

Fragments: June 2013
http://fragmnts.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
For musings and speculation: frequently fragmentary, occasionally expansive. Sunday, June 2, 2013. My father once remarked that it's a miracle that my siblings and I can (and do) write. School essays usually consisted of a random collection of thoughts somewhat related to the topic- I became very good at writing a stream of consciousness. It was creative writing in middle school that taught me about structure, plot, and narrative. I filled notebooks and a shoebox full of floppy disks (remember those?

Fragments: Evening
http://fragmnts.blogspot.com/2013/07/evening.html
For musings and speculation: frequently fragmentary, occasionally expansive. Sunday, July 21, 2013. Hymns for the evening are probably among my favorites. Perhaps because I find evenings a little stressful- there's so much left undone, and I have difficulty with not worrying about all that tomorrow may bring. Evening hymns help place life in perspective. The day thou gavest, Lord, is ended,. The darkness falls at thy behest;. To thee our morning hymns ascended,. Thy praise shall hallow now our rest.
