Friday, December 13, 2013. My blog is neglected. Better than neglecting my children though, right? In case you haven't heard, we made a decision! I haven't done that in 10 years, seriously. The other thing that I'm looking forward to is Ben having holidays again! Only in academia do you get 2 weeks off for Christmas. Sure, he will be studying, but I'm still excited. I'm only 23 1/2 weeks along, so this is still good news for another 14 weeks or so. Bad news: I'm having regular contractions on somewhat regular basis. They make me tired, sore and grumpy. He was born Thursday, September 19, at 12:54 am He weighed 7 lbs 11.5 oz and was 20.5" long. He is super healthy and an awesome sleeper so far. We are in love with him! Caution: here starts the labor story, if that's not your thing, feel free to skip the next little bit). Because I thought I'd see how awesome I am and earn my "real woman" badge. HA!
