Im currently writing a trust essay on beneficiaries rights, and whether they have enough. I have all the basic textbook stuff, but want to add something a bit special. The university I attend does not have access to the Trust Journals etc, and so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on where I could find some interesting articles? I am really interested in getting a discussion going here regarding domestic violence. I have read loads of bits in newspapers and magazines recently about it and have decided to look further into it from a criminal point of view rather than a civil one. From what i have found out labelling the violence as domestic tends to hinder the understanding and the policing of it. Do you agree or disagree?
