Thursday, September 16, 2010. Well I'm finally back in England and on my second location and a career change. Living in the beautiful city of Bath and have a meetup group called The Bath Everything Meetup, a great group of people and we go out to the theatre, cinema, walking, exhibitions, meals, drinks etc etc. Living in shared accommodation with a Welsh guy, Polish girl and Bulgarian guy, really great people we are a family. Its nice. Need to meet a guy and settle me thinks. Signing off for the moment.

Tuesday, April 24, 2007. Rapa Nui (Easter Island). Well, no I m not rich, just I decided to change my flights around in order to see the famous Moais on Easter Island. When I booked my round the world ticket I vaguely remember them saying that Easter Island wasn t inlcuded in the ticket and me being me didn t actually know what was on Easter Island. I did know the statues though, not completely ignorant. lol. Now Back to Santiago and up to North Chile for some nice weather as it s starting to get chilli.

Tuesday, June 12, 2007. They werent in the lagoon though). The Salvador Dali Rock Desert. Stayed in a really crappy place, dirty, toilets and sink didnt work and it was soo cold. The bedding I dont think had been cleaned in a million years, basically since the pacific dried up. We were at 4,600 meters above sea level and nobody slept. It felt like I was hyperventilating, couldnt breath slowly. Trying to keep it short so you dont have to read too much. Posted by claire @ 5:06 AM. Comments: Post a Comment.

Wednesday, March 04, 2009. Well hello thee,. So I have been in France for 18 months now and, although my french has improved immensely, it is by no means fluent. I have had a very unique experience in France, lots of up and downs, more downs actually. And now I am ready to leave it behind me and finally move back to England. Tuesday, June 12, 2007. Niagara Falls is a mere trickle in comparison (sorry Canada, you'll see what I mean from the photo). Anyway all good, couldnt find anywhere safe enough to eat so went to Pizza Hut and headed back to Brazil (the passport control guy is a friend of ours now after going in and out 4 times in one day). Thursday, April 12, 2007. Well, I took the 21 hour bus ride from Lima to Puno in south west Peru to visit Lake Titicaca and the floating islands. The bus journey was luxury compared to the other. We had lunch and dinner served to us with a drink and dessert. Lots of space as it was empty and a few movies, not great, but managed to see the end of them. lol. Next day off to another un-floating island, which was a little bit more progressive with concrete buildings as opposed to mud huts and thatched roofs&...
