Collages of hybrid, ‘Other’ constructed womanhood. Each one pairs a 1930’s photographic postcard with a ‘twin’ in a similar posture sourced from a contemporary fashion magazine. On the face of it, the images are passive idealised perfection but I sense a hint of resistance hovering in the background.
