December 28, 2014. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 4 teaspoons baking powder. 1 cup whole milk. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/ cup of berry jam or any jam of your choice. 1 Preheat oven to 190 degrees C/375 F. 2 Grease a two 8 round cake pans and line with parchment paper. 3 Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
