As the weather is getting warmer, I have been starting to crave fruit, yogurt, and fresh herbs. This cold, creamy drink is a perfect combination of these flavors. Personally, I am in the worst mood if I don’t get moving and sweat everyday. I’ve come up with this intense workout that will make you feel. This circuit is perfect to do outside! Go for a 5 minute jog and preform simple stretches to warm up your muscles. 25 inner thigh squat pulses. 30 small arm circles. 30 big arm circles. Circuit #3 (abs and butt).

Tuesday, 21 January 2014. Wow i feel like a college student! So last week I had the week off school so i could go to DCU on a work experience placement. I worked in the sports department, here i attended fitness classes, got to work the events and even got to fit in some extra training too! My first day was.eventful! You can't leave me here' i said almost in tears.but he explained that there'd be another bus back the opposite way in 10 minutes. So when i finally got there, i was still 15 minutes early!
