Consultations are based on individual needs, however below is the general way Clair likes to structure appointments:. Occurs after analysing the history and data collected at the first consultation. Where appropriate, Clair will prepare and explain an individualised treatment plan. This consultation runs for approximately one hour. Will be based on individual needs and run for thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes. Initial Consultation $120 (90 minutes). Second Consultation $90 (60 minutes).

Being kids, of course they are drawn to the brightly coloured packaging of junk foods and at school they see a lot of the other kids eating these exciting looking things. My challenge is to try and replicate some of these foods in a headliner way. I recently purchased some re-usable squeeze pouches, so I can fill them with a healthy alternative that pleases us all. 1 and 1/2 TBS chia seeds.
