The night before, no kids at they were off sunning it up in Greece with my mum, decided on cooking a nice meal of saturated fat i.e. British lamb chops with mint sauce and all the trimmings with a bottle of decent red thrown in to boot…sorted, happy days! توصیه هایی برای مراقبت از صدا:. موقعي كه شما نياز به صحبت كردن داريد به آرامي صحبت كنيد و از داد زدن و جيغ كشيدن پرهيز كنيد . از صاف كردن گلو اجتناب كنيد. زماني كه احساس مي كنيد خلط داخل گلويتان وجود دارد و آن را پاك مي كنيد . با آب نمك گرم غرغره كنيد. به طور آهسته بخار استشمام كنيد ، آب را در ظرفي بجوشانيد از روي بخاري برداريد و صورتتان را در بالاي بخار قرار دهيد (مواظب باشيد كه به دليل بيش از حد نزديك شدن به آب داغ پوستشان زخمي نشود.) براي جلوگيري از هدر رفتن بخار سرتان را كاملا با يك حوله بپوشانيد.
