Clare in the kitchen. A not so fat lass' adventures in the kitchen. A Rice dish for Himself. July 31, 2012. Himself ask for a rice dish to go with some bbq food the other day and I went and had a sneaky peak in my caravan kitchen (a much reduced form of my home kitchen but still got all the good bits) to see what I had. What follows is what Himself so delicately called Awful (reverse it cos it actually means he really liked it – contrary bugger what he is! 1 clove of Garlic. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Sothis is way delayed but i went to madrid several weeks ago and it was el mejor. i love love love spanish spanish (say what you will about the lisp, i think it's beautiful) and i just wish i could live in madrid for a while. everything happens about 2 hours later than usual - dinner at 10? And there is soooo much great art there! Basically all i did there was wander around the prado and the museo reina sofia and it was maravilloso! That's not at all to say i didn't enjoy the spanish paintings at the mus...
