I am packaging up the 2 week Easter Holidays into a nice neat box and focussing on the positives…! I drink A LOT less diet coke – I would struggle to know the % reduction but would definitely say it is less than 10% of ‘the old me’. Calorie laden puddings don’t appeal anymore…Greek yoghurt and fruit all the way! I’m enjoying the gym …it makes me feel good. Will smash my first beginner HIIT workout next week too. Post work out glow…. 8216;excercise is the most under used anti-depressant in the world’. I love this quote and always feel I agree with it so much AFTER a workout. I smashed a HIIT tonight at the gym which left me red faced and burning 👍 been reading up about the way the boat continues to burn after a workout like that. I think I can feel it! Keeping a tight record of calories too and it confirms I was eating way too much when I went fully clean and Unlimited! This entry was posted in Uncategorized.

Sugar is Really bad. So…I really have messed up and joined the sugar train big time since my birthday and my friend’s wedding. It’s caused 9lb GAIN which is so utterly atupid seeing as I worked so hard to lose those pounds. Good news though is today has been great and ive been to the gym too! High five.
