My world was turned upside down in October of '08 when the symptoms of Colitis began their dreaded arrival. Since then every day is a new day because my body reacts to different things on different days so a strict diet isn't always the answer for me. I also have a toddler who I'm chasing around the house and trying to keep up with. Even with this disease I still appreciate good food. When I find good recipes I stick with them and love sharing them.
