Clarisse's Stuff: Wow! Time Sure Flys!
http://clarissesstuff.blogspot.com/2011/02/wow-time-sure-flys.html
Thursday, February 17, 2011. Well, it's certainly been ages and ages since I posted on my blog! Glad I'm not giving out life or death information here LOL! So far, 2011 is sure looking to be a much better year than 2010. Even with job losses and other family disasters, we are beginning to smile a bit again. And better yet, I'm sewing, knitting, trying to paint and beading again! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Links to Our Life. EJ and Clarisse's Family Photos.

Clarisse's Stuff: Top Loader vs Front Loader Felting
http://clarissesstuff.blogspot.com/2008/12/top-loader-vs-front-loader-felting.html
Monday, December 29, 2008. Top Loader vs Front Loader Felting. The red boots felted perfectly in a very nice, very fancy (yes, I want one now) front loader. My Granddaughter LOVES them :). I have felted fine in a front loader. Just depends on which wash programme one uses. Love these booties - when are you going to translate the pattern so we can knit them on our Superbas? Thanks Alison :) Wouldnt that be great? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Links to Our Life.

Clarisse's Stuff: Pizza Sauce
http://clarissesstuff.blogspot.com/2011/07/pizza-sauce.html
Thursday, July 21, 2011. But I don't want to pay a gazillion bucks for it, plus I want it now! Not in 45 minutes or more. So? I dug out a can of tomato sauce, dumped some dried basil, oregano, a pinch of thyme and bunch of re-hydrated minced garlic and a packet of crushed red peppers from the last pizza delivery in a little saucepan, warmed it up so the flavors could blend and Viola! Clarisse's Stuff: Kitty Grandma
http://clarissesstuff.blogspot.com/2009/04/new-family-addition.html
Wednesday, April 01, 2009. No lack of drama here! Stimpy snuck this one in, she never showed any signs of being in heat and there were none of the tell-tale male cat fights at night either. She just snuck out, went next door where there are a couple of boys one afternoon and here is the end result. Please, spare me the lectures, I've heard them all :). I'm just happy to have babies in the house again. Those are sweet babies! Oh my gosh, I could cry! I love kittens and congrats to you Clarisse!

Clarisse's Stuff: Moving... Still!!!
http://clarissesstuff.blogspot.com/2009/07/moving-still.html
Thursday, July 16, 2009. Well, we have one more trip to the desert and that should complete our move. The "vacation house" will have the minimum necessitites in furnishings for when we go "visit", but I can't believe that we filled up a 24' moving van, a pickup truck and my car and still have another pickup load to go! What was that I was saying about being a pack rat? I don't know what's worse, that he has them, or that he knows what they went to after all these years. "E.J! What are these rocks for?

Clarisse's Stuff: Packrat Advantage!
http://clarissesstuff.blogspot.com/2009/03/packrat-advantage.html
Thursday, March 26, 2009. I've come to a kind of odd conclusion. It's better to be a packrat. I am going to stop agonizing over my obsessive compulsive inability to throw anything away and embrace it. I have started a list of some pretty good reasons too. I almost always have what I need for a project, even if it takes a while to find it all. I don't have to hurt anyones feelings by not keeping a gift that they gave me. I can live totally by my whims. Clarisse's Stuff: Enchilada's!
http://clarissesstuff.blogspot.com/2011/03/enchiladas.html
Wednesday, March 09, 2011. We take it for granted but the meals you can make with a simple roasted chicken picked up on the way home are wonderful! Well, I had left over pork adobo taco meat, left over frijoles, onions and other taco fixings that I usually make into a taco salad, but it was a cold and gloomy, rainy day and I wasn't in the mood for a cold salad meal. Aha! Why not make Enchilada's! The internet silly woman! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Links to Our Life.
