I headed out of town just after my Yoga class on Thursday morning and arrived in St. George about 4:00 . The Home was amazing the food was to die for and the Yoga was everything! Oh and I am super flexible, lol that is a bonus of all the Yoga! Lisa Smiley is awesome, she was the host and we learned about chalkras and mudras and pranyama and oh we even had a day of silence! Pork Chops with Rosemary-Vinegar Sauce. 4 large boneless pork chops. 1 tsp fresh rosemary, minced. 2 tbs olive oil. 2 garlic cloves, sliced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/4 cup dry white wine. 1/3 cup whipping cream. 4 tsps rosemary vinegar. Sprinkle pork on both sides with 3/4 tsp rosemary, salt pepper. Coat with flour; shake off excess. 2 tbls rosemary vinegar. 20 drops rosemary essential oil. 1 tbl of vegetable glycerin.

He has been so excited to be baptized and he was glowing all day. There is still a lot Stockton doesn't understand about the gospel, but he tries everyday to be better and he loves Jesus.
