Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God.". Monday, March 2, 2009. Pictures of the Cathedral of Autlan. Here is our Christian bookstore at La Roca coffee house. It is the only one in Autlan. If it looks weird, I took two pictures of it and put them together. Here we are doing some praise and worship at a church near the Regional training center. The pictures were taken just before service started. The pastor is also a Tecate International Missionary. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Know whe...

Sorry it is a little smudged, the glass in our car was dirty. Who knew that a pickup truck was a family vehicle - the extended family vehicle. They are probably headed to a party. I would say about 15 people are in this truck if not more. Wednesday, January 21, 2009. We are legally residents of Mexico now! Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Tecate, CA, 91980.

This is to the right and the left of the gazibo.

Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God.". Monday, November 24, 2008. We are all under the weather. English Classes are continuing. There is a lot of seeds being planted. My last homework assignment was for my students to take a gospel of John in Spanish and read chapter 3 and summarize it using only English. I told them they could take it as far as they wanted to go with it. I am excited to see what they will do with it and how God will reveal himself to them. Monday, November 10, 2008.

Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God.". Monday, January 18, 2010. Being in Mexico you can never know for sure if the roads will be paved or not. On our way we found the road was not quite finished yet. Amin is asking the truck driver how long it will be until we can pass. Not more than a minute later we were on our way again driving on gravel roads for over an hour. Siggy and Jose. Daniel, Amin, and John. What goofballs! The men of La Roca Church. In the morning it was pretty cold&#...

SUSTAINING GRACE: August 2009
http://sustaining-grace.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God.". Tuesday, August 25, 2009. The house behind it is adobe, which is bricks that are made out of mud that haven't been heated. They still use these bricks off and on. It is more expensive to use the normal bricks and cement, so this might be all they can afford to build their houses. John was in Autlan for a few days trying to get the process started for a birth certificate. He is now back in Guadalajara. Tuesday, August 18, 2009. We thank you for...
