Monday, April 28, 2014. Where has time gone! Joshua turned 12 years old this month. We asked him what he wanted to do for his birthday, and he said, just spend time with the family. Gosh, I love this kid! He had a great breakfast and had his candybar poster waiting for him when he woke up. Then that afternoon I surprised him and checked him out of school and took him to lunch, Sushi, one of our favorites! Can you hear me now.I was LIVID! So this is all I have from my phone.so sad! Ive had that happen too!

Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Nathan got me good for April Fools.and boy was I mad! Joshua turned 11 years old! Boy how time flies. His morning started with a yummy breakfast: scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls and strawberries! When he got home from school he found this. Later that night we went to Olive Garden to celebrate. Then he got to open his presents. He was so excited for his new fishing pole! He also got some cool throwing knives and a fun "boiling water" gadget from his cousin Ben! We sure love you Josh!

http://monkeysoneandtwo.blogspot.com/2010/01/sybrowsky-year-end-review-april-09.html
Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Sybrowsky year-end review - april 09. Wow, April was a busy month! We spent lots of time doing fun activities out-of-doors with our friends. And some time indoors. Like the time we went bowling at the temple. At least that's what the kids will tell you we did. Actually, we took the kids to see the temple grounds and then went bowling at the bowling alley next door. So glad our trip to the temple was so influential. Mom sure likes to turn every outing into a photo shoot! We als...

monkeys one and two: November 2008
http://monkeysoneandtwo.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 13, 2008. It's flood season in Western Washington again. Luckily we live in pretty good spot- no huge rivers nearby to overflow like these poor people have to deal with. But it has been so wet! Most of the year the rain is just a mist or drizzle, but in November and December we get the deluge. It rains buckets for hours on end. I kinda like it. But I'm glad it's only a few weeks out of the year. 169;seattletimes.nwsource.com. There's a slug on my apple! Monday, November 3, 2008. We did...

Wednesday, August 28, 2013. We also took the family up to the Matanuska Glacier. This is a huge glacier that you are able to hike out to and walk all over. It is amazing. It was a beautiful day and we all had a blast. We all got a little wet, but it was worth it.right, Mat? Tuesday, August 27, 2013. Of course we had to make a stop at The Roadhouse! The best place ever for Sour Dough Pancakes! It was a beautiful sunny day! And what would a vacation be without yummy food? We ate a lot of Alaskan seafood!

Sunday, October 19, 2008. Farewell to summer, only two months late! Sadly, I've let another month go by un-blogged! James started his second year of preschool in September, and we decided to cram in as much fun as possible before we were tied to a schedule again. So here's a short chronicle of our farewell to summer! James and his teacher, Mrs. B. First day of school! But it gets better. How about 500 water balloons and Mom's okay to get soaked? Now you see the water balloon. . . It was pretty easy to se...

Thursday, April 10, 2014. Our family went to Hawaii this year for Spring Break. It was the trip of a lifetime! We stayed on the North Shore, of Oahu. Grandpa and Grandma Swenson and Aunt Jessica, Uncle Cory and Kaylee and Ashley met us there. We had SO much fun! This was the view from the beach house we rented. We were right on the beach and we loved listening to the waves crash, especially at night! We had cute toes to show off! Getting ready to snorkel with the dolphins.although we never saw any! The P...

monkeys one and two: July 2008
http://monkeysoneandtwo.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 31, 2008. The day the red sox came to town. Thanks again to Layne's amazing connections, Christian got us tickets to see the Mariners play the Boston Red Sox a couple of weeks ago. Don't get me wrong, we're loyal Seattlites, but Christi chose this game to see the Olde Towne Team in action. He rotated in Boston in med school and had a memorable experience at Fenway. There were probably more BoSox fans there than Ms fans! Quite a night for the UW orthopaedics team. James saw people dancing o...

Monday, January 4, 2010. Sybrowsky year-end review - february 09. In February we decided to be tourists in our own city. First, the Pooks (aka Coopers) came to town for a residency interview and stayed with us, so we had a chance to show them around Seattle! Me and Kalli at Seattle Center- I'm holding the obligatory Starbucks cup (with caramel apple cider- yum). Six months later he was trying every scary ride at Lagoon and loving it. Go figure! There's the Space Noodle! Hey have misssed you. another ...
