Saturday, July 10, 2010. On this day four years ago, our lives changed forever! On this day we really became a family. Now every year we celebrate Rand's birthday! Today he turned 4 and he is honestly the most incredible little boy, oh wait, young man (as he informed me yesterday! I have ever had the privilege to know. I am so proud to be the Mommy to such an awesome little boy. But first Rand opened his Birthday gifts! But there was one gift that he needed help to open. You are the best!

Thursday, January 21, 2010. Today we declared a snow day! We woke up to a good six inches and by noon there was a ton more! I called in, I do not drive well in the snow! Since I was unexpectedly home for the day we put the twins down for a nap and went out and played in the snow! It was so much fun! We built a snow man and played with the dogs. We even had snow ball fights! Rand loved attacking Daddy! Everybody had a blast today! Friday, January 15, 2010. Dustin is still working hard and going to school!

Friday, December 17, 2010. Every year Santa comes to Grandma's work to see all the kids and find out what they want for Christmas! Rand has been looking forward to this since, oh probably last year! He loves seeing Santa-it really makes the holiday real for him. Thank you Grandma for taking us! The twins had fun, however they were not too happy with Santa, but the goody bags made up for all the fright! Playing while waiting in line! Telling Santa what he wants for Christmas! VERY mad, mad babies!

Tuesday, March 2, 2010. Time is flying so fast right now! I swear I was just yesterday posting about Jonathan and Aviendha's entrance to this world! Now as of March 1 they are 6 MONTHS OLD! Every day they are changing and growing. They are more aware of each other and of Rand. Rand can get smiles and laughs out of both of them just by looking at them. Every morning he greets them with "Good Morning, Good Morning to you! Here is Jona pulling on Avie's ear! All three of my adorable kiddos!

Wednesday, September 1, 2010. One year ago today:. Aviendha and Jonathan Lema were born at 6:31 pm and 6:32 pm! What a journey this last year has been. I never thought that I would be a Mom to twins, let alone two beautiful happy babies (well most of the time! My favorite things about Jonathan is his laugh, his favorite words are Hi, ehh, and he does the funniest little giggle. He will get a toy or something he isn't supposed to have and toddles off with it going "hehehe". So mischievous!

Sunday, November 7, 2010. Aviendha is such an amazing creature! One smile from her and any heart will melt! She is starting to be a lot more comfortable around other people and will even give her slobbery open mouth kisses away, even to Uncle David (surprise, surprise! But there is someone who has never been denied a kiss! Evona is the cutest little dog that belongs to my niece Hannah! Just last night Avie wanted to share just how silly she can be! Thursday, April 22, 2010. Easter and more Fun! April has been a busy fun month! The Easter bunny came and brought tons of fun stuff, candy, toys, and more candy! Monday, January 3, 2011. The holiday's this year were both exhausting and exciting. This year the twins were old enough to be surprised by the toys Santa brought, and Rand was looking forward to Christmas from around Halloween! He was so excited this year and was really on his best behavior so that Santa didn't bring him a lump of coal. In Rand's words: Santa went berserk! There were Chuggington trains hiding everywhere:. On Jona's and Avie's bikes. On the Thomas track.So many Chuggington!

Sunday, January 9, 2011. My Children never cease to amaze. Especially my little girl. There are times that I get frustrated, wishing that she would finally walk. But one smile and my heart melts. She does the silliest things at times, her latest is her fascination with clothes and shoes. I constantly find her in piles of laundry, drawers and stomping around in her brother's boots or my tennis shoes. The other day we saw her doing only what an Avie girl does. And of course they went straight on her head!
