Tuesday, July 15, 2014. Being a longtime New Yorker and lifelong, diehard New York Yankee fan, this really hit home.so I thought I'd share.hope you all may be able to relate in some way and enjoy. After 20 years, Derek Jeter will be hanging up his hat and retiring from baseball at the end of this season. I still can't see even watching or going to the Bronx to see a game without him being there. Baseball will not be the same.and will surely miss him.
