Judges in panels of three, over three rounds, will blind-taste entrants in twenty-three categories to select a shortlist, which will be re-tasted blind by all judges in the Grand Finale. The blind tasting will be done over a four-day period. The wines will be cross tasted by panels of three judges each and per varietals. The selected wines will then be blind tasted again, over three rounds. During the Grand Finale, the shortlisted wines will again be tasted by all judges.
