July 19, 2015. It was lovely to be able to open up the school to share our achievements. The sun shone as families rose to the den building challenge. Children enjoyed sharing their work with their parents whilst sitting outside on the meadow. Some visited our ‘People in action’ art exhibition and took part in a little art work themselves. Others had fun sharing their programming skills with parents and governors. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Address never made public).

Children inspired by artists. June 13, 2014. Our recent whole school creative homework involved children researching an artist and his/her work. With our ‘Ruby’ theme in mind, their task was to create a piece of art work that incorporated an artist’s style of work. Children’s work was exhibited in the school hall for our Open Evening on Thursday and I am sure those who attended will agree – they are all amazing! Friday’s update from Tollesbury. June 6, 2014. Thursday’s update from Tollesbury. June 5, 2014. The day started with ‘perfect sailing conditions’ . With the wind behind us, we walked along the sea wall to reach our vessels. It didn’t take long for us to realise that the wind was in fact very strong! This of course made for a very energetic and exciting morning of sailing. Once we reached shore, we enjoyed our sandwich lunch on an oyster shell beach closely watched by nesting sea gulls.
