Friday, September 23, 2011. Scabby in Second :). Today in second grade, we got bloody! Those with weak stomachs stop reading now if you're still with me! In our study of the human body, we are talking BLOOD! We used the "Hollywood Movie" recipe to make our own blood. Each child was given a spoon full on their hand or arm. We then covered the blood with a piece of tissue and cocoa powder to make Scabs. Oh my! As if the kids weren't already excited enough about Halloween being in the air! 2 TBSP Corn syrup.
