What i did today. went to breakfast around 8.30am at a small gerai tepi jalan (small stall beside the road), eat lepat pisang (a kind of tasty food with banana in it hahaha), nasi lemak (coconut rice) with a nice teh tarik (pull tea. haha), i like teh tarik very much. Then i went back home, took a warm bath with my brand new water heater and get ready to go shopping at MYDIN USJ Superstore. with my super duper automatic perodua kancil. A delicious hot dessert made of black glutinous rice and served with a dollop of coconut milk. 3 pieces or blocks Gula Melaka. 2 pandan leaves, knotted. 150g dried longan flesh, washed (optional). 375ml thick coconut milk ( pati santan. Drain glutinous rice and steam for 30 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with water every 10 minutes. When rice grains are fluffy and soft, remove and set aside. 8 pieces Swiss roll slices.

Rendam pulut bersama serbuk kunyit lebih kurang 1-2 jam atau sehingga pulut bertukar warna kuning. Cuci dan toskan pulut dan kukus hingga 1/2 masak. Setelah 1/2 masak keluarkan dari kukusan dan masukkan dlm bekas. Kemudian tuangkan santan yang dicampurkan secukup garam ke dalam pulut tadi dan gaul hingga rata.
