As a Chartered Psychologist with over fifteen years of professional experience, I have worked in community mental health, primary care, social services and NHS Trust hospitals, including forensic settings. My training orientation is towards a cognitive behavioural approach. I have also been trained to use the following therapy models: brief solution focussed, family systemic, psychodynamic, schema focussed, person-centred and dialectical behaviour therapy.
