Phrase: the place ms jean lives his a rental property he does not own it. Meaning: is a civil action brought before a court in which a party. Phrase: people goes to lawsuit when their is problem with someone and they need to go to court to discuss it. Meaning: to kick someone out of your house (same as eviction).
