Add vanilla and eggs. Beat with mixer for 3 minutes. Add dry ingredients and mix. Fold in chips and nuts. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Yum! Salt and pepper to taste. 1 In a small skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and rice, sauté until rice begins to brown and onions are clear, about 5 minutes. 2 Add broth and season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Soft 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread. 6 to 6-1/2 c. whole wheat flour. 2-1/2 c. warm water (between 105-110 degrees). 1-1/2 TB instant yeast. 2-1/2 tsp. salt. 1-1/2 TB. vitals wheat gluten- OPTIONAL (I don’t use this anymore). I usually make a fourth of this batch. 6 cups granulated white sugar. 1 can evaporated milk. 1 T baking powder. 2 T ground cardamom. 1-2 quarts of cooking oil heated to 350 degrees. Cream butter and eggs. Butter should be soft but not melted. Add evaporated milk and sugar. Add remaining dry ingredients.
