Grilled Sword fish steaks. 1/2 cup olive oil. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves. Salt and freshly ground black pepper. 4 (5 to 6-ounces each) swordfish. Directions: Prepare the grill (medium-high heat). Whisk the oil, mint, lemon juice. Garlic in a medium bowl to blend. And olive oil mixture with salt and pepper, to taste. Brush the swordfish steaks with 2 tablespoons of the lemon and olive oil. Broiled Organic Salmon Fillet.

Tuesday, August 25, 2015. 2 Dads, 2 Daughters, and a world of books. With the humidity really taking a toll on us and our girls, this Wednesday the goal was to find somewhere to take them with air-conditioning. Adam had early breakfast plans with some extended family, so we decided to meet up after Natalie's nap-time. We had been told that libraries are great places to take kids, so even though our daughters can't read we figured we would try assessing these rumors for ourselves. 2 Dads 2 Daughters.
