We were not expecting to have another child this soon, however we are excited to have another sweet spirit to add to our family. Alexis is excited to have a baby brother to play with, and teach him everything she knows. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. We are anxiously awaiting our new addition. But I am beginning to go crazy! For the past 10 weeks I have been on partial bed rest, which I thought was bad until just recently this past week I was put on complete bed rest. All I can think of now is that I would love to go back to how it was a week ago, and hope the next few weeks goes by quick. April 30, 2009 at 12:02 PM. April 30, 2009 at 6:49 PM. The Delaney Family Blog. June 20, 2011. It was very nerve racking to think that we were bringing our little girl home.and nurses or doctors weren't coming too! We were able to leave the hospital Thursday mid morning. Clay and I thought about asking to leave the night before, but due to having a C-Section we had to stay the night.
