Just another WordPress.com site. July 21, 2011. Ok, so I am officially blogging. I’ve decided since I can’t get my act together to keep a scrapbook, photo album, etc. I am going to use this as my rambling outlet and post a few pics of the fam jam and any other interesting things I see along the way in this space. I have a wonderful husband, CJ, who works as a political consultant and a sweet baby girl, Keller, who i.s 16 months old. That’s it for now……now I’ve got to see if I can ...July 22, 2011 at 3:21...

Snips & Snails: July 2013
http://holmanboys.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 29, 2013. Hilton Head Island - Wimberly Vacation 2013. We had a great time this past week at Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. We had 11 adults and 13 children at one point. It was loud, it was crazy, and it was fun. BecBec (St. Matthews, SC). Bill, Michele, Anna Banks and Emma Turberville (St. Matthews, SC). Kent, Bryce and Lucius Turberville (Trina couldn't come) (Charleston, SC). Me, Hughes, Banks and Collins (David couldn't come) (Alexandria, VA). Hughes, Banks and Jacob. Please excuse Ba...
Snips & Snails: April 2013

Monday, April 1, 2013. We had a low-key Easter this year. The boys and I had just gotten back from a whirlwind spring break trip to SC and so our (my) energy level was a little low. Thankfully, the Easter Bunny had done some prior shopping so the baskets were not in jeopardy of not being filled. The boys sporting there new work out shirts that the Easter Bunny brought. They were huge hits. Collins wasn't too sure what was going on. He eventually caught on and was happy to find two eggs. I COME WITH JOY.
Snips & Snails: August 2013

Monday, August 26, 2013. Who are these kids? A couple of jokesters! Charlie, Cam, Banks and Hughes at Abby's birthday party. The boys washed my car last week for the first time. I was out there instructing and going behind them wiping everything they missed. They had the most fun with the water hose. Even Collins got in on the action. Another day, we went bowling. We have not been in forever. We met some friends and every other daycare facility in the Alexandria area and got our bowl on. It was a great g...

Thursday, April 24, 2014. I promise to do better! Christmas was 4 months ago BUT I never posted pictures. So, here is a brief description of the past. We spent it in York this year. Six children who were foaming at the mouth for Santa Claus to arrive. It was exhilarating and exhausting all at the same time. Great grandkids with GiGi. Open your eyes, Collins. Look here, Collins. Big boys, keep smiling. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat. And Cooper is off! Banks got lots of baseball stuff. Christmas was great. We...

Snips & Snails: November 2012
http://holmanboys.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 29, 2012. Oh boy, the boys are gonna get it . . . Three wads of chewed-up bubblegum! I mean, they are too old to do something like that! I couldn't believe it. My precious boys spitting their gum behind the couch and thinking it's okay to leave it there. Do I just have slobs as children? What have I missed teaching them? They know what a trashcan is. They know how to use it or, apparently, they don't know how to one. A) ask them What the hell were you thinking? B) ban gum for life?

Thursday, July 26, 2012. Why is it when you take a break from blogging, it is so much harder to get started back? I love my blog. I don't mean to ignore it but I needed a break. We have had a lot of fun this summer swimming, museums, camps, bible schools, creek visits, beach vacations, etc. I will get updated before our big move in August to DC so bear with me. Right now I'm just trying to keep my boys from destroying their BecBec's house. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
Snips & Snails: December 2013
http://holmanboys.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 20, 2013. Where have we been? I made a deal with myself: I could not leave for SC until I updated my blog. So, here are a ton of pictures. Since the last time I updated, we have had a hay ride, Halloween, Clemson/UVA game, boy's first airplane ride to Legoland and Disney World, Christmas programs and all sorts of other random pictures. This is what happens when you leave a 3-year old alone with a sheet of Toy Story stickers. Headless Horseman, Dragon and Knight. First Clemson Away Game.
