Monday, October 26, 2009. It is inhumane to treat animals this way. Animals are treated more or less more like a commodity. They are born and raised in unrealistic living environments. Animals are given drugs to stimulate hunger and growth. This is unnatural and produces health problems within these animals. Some animals body's are manipulated to keep them from becoming a nuisance to the farmer. Chickens beaks are cut off to keep them from peaking at other chickens, Pigs ears are cut to identify them.
