Monday, January 31, 2011. This is an email I sent to one of our members who wanted a little boost. I have since copied and pasted it to 2 more frustrated members - it's just going back to basics and a few tips. If you need some focus - maybe this will help. Remember – with ANY successful weight loss program – you really only want to lose 1 – 2 pounds a week. And more likely - .8 to 1.5 is more normal – even when exercising (a lot). Focus on eating a combination of 2 or 3 of these things each time you eat;.

It just makes our lives so much EASIER! Containers, snack bags, blue paint tape, sharpie, calculate points. Cut, peel, divide, wash, etc. Place at YOUR eye level. Fridge, cupboard, pantry, freezer. Put "ingredient" types of food low - you will know when you need them. Make this a part of your life. Why are we doing this?
