Sunday, 14 September 2014. RENDEZVOUS WINE BAR AND RESTAURANT. Southernhay East, Exeter. I had a delicious two-course meal here yesterday (the lunch-time special). The duck pate was most tasty as was the slow cooked beef dish. The service was excellent (the restaurant was not busy) and contributed to a delightful experience. Sunday, 19 October 2014. These is an entertaining band. I think the lineup varies or changes. I saw them in Cardiff, last week, and very good they were too. ANN RADCLIFFE - THE ITALIAN. Another cracking gothic tale. A little complicated for my simple mind, when the relationships are all discovered and explained, but nonetheless an enjoyable read and free on kindle. Bandits by Elmore Leonard. Once again a fabulous story. How does he do it? What joy it brings me! Who else reads these books?
