For this Thursday, I have a great frozen yogurt recipe for you. Low in calories, so you can splurge a little bit! 3/4 cup of vanilla sugar free yogurt. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. You could just use a frozen bag of mixed fruit if you like, or just one kind of fruit. Either way it'll taste great). Serving size is 1/2 of recipe.
