Beer: 604.850.8468 Wine: 604.852.9463. Ciders & Coolers. At this point your work is done for 2 weeks. We will ferment, filter and prepare your product for bottling. How Is It Made? Each day the beer is made using our custom full mash grain system. Malt are ground in a two roll mill to separate the husks from the starchy endosperm. The grist is transferred to the mash vessel via an auger system. The process of sparging warm water is passed through the grain to draw the sugars away from the spent grain.

Beer: 604.850.8468 Wine: 604.852.9463. Ciders & Coolers. Kit wines are prepared in 23 litre (30 bottle) batches in about ten minutes. Once mixed the customer places yeast on the batch to initiate fermentation. A bottling appointment is then scheduled and the customer returns to the shop and packages the wine in bottles, jugs or bags in about 25 minutes. Made from concentrated juice, completed in 4 weeks. Yield 23 liters approximately 30 bottles. Ready to be consumed soon after bottling. How Is It Made?
