The Cleburne County Historical Society has moved to the Old Post Office building at 102 East Main Street in Heber Springs (northeast corner of First and Main Streets). The Historical Society office, a greatly expanded museum and research library are all located there. Entrance is on the First Street side. 10 am – 3 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Membership is $15.00. Per year or $250.00. March 25, 2016 at 8:47 pm.

Sugarloaf Heritage Day 2012. Our fifth annual Sugarloaf Heritage Day is Saturday, May 19, starting at 10:30 am at the beautiful ASU-Heber Springs campus. Festivities will be held in the Administration Building. Fried catfish and chicken and all the fixin’s will be served compliments of Mack’s Fish House (THANKS Mack! Dr Mickey Barnett and Charles Stuart from the Cleburne County Historical Society. Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - Hidden Pond Trail. Hidden Pond Trail is now Handicapped Accessible.
