Tuesday, August 19, 2008. Joel's 1st Day of School - Class of 2011. Joel started his sophomore year with a full schedule. He is taking zero period - Strong Body, and all honors GATE classes: English, Algebra 2, World History, Spanish 2, Biology (he gets to dissect a cat.something he can't wait for! And Archetectial Design. He has some great teachers and not so great teachers.we are trying to motivate him to do homework. I will keep you posted on that! Monday, August 11, 2008. Went to the Temple. I was so glad that we went. We were also able to get some school shopping done for J while we were there. She bought all of her school clothes herself. Monday, August 11, 2008. Tyler came home from football with this crazy bruise. First of all can you believe how big his muscle is? He is so proud of it and he shows it to who ever will pay attention to him. I have to tell you that it scares me. Mark says its ok so I am going to trust him for now. Well here is a blurb about how life is for the Kirklins. Joel is doing great! He is playing baseball and doing really great in school. Jordan, Mark and I love going to watch him play!
