Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Well, there is only one word to describe this past week and that is OVERWHELMING! Quit job, painting, cleaning, baby shower, new job.wow- Grant is learning already what it is like to have a lot of things happening at once. On Tuesday I quit working at the ME's office. Saturday, October 4, 2008. Well, we decided on a name for the baby. We have been calling him George and we still do sometimes, but he now has an "official" name. Grant Michael Cliburn! Chad and I had both picked out names and Chad decided on the name I chose. This way, if he grows up not liking the name Grant, Chad can blame it on me. What a thoughtful father he will be! Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Well, it is almost a week since the arrival of Grant. For those of you who have not heard, I was in the checkout line at Wal-Mart after an all day conference last Wednesday when my water BROKE! Things went well from there until it was time to push. I guess Grant was embarrassed about the Wal-mart incident because he did not want to come out.
