We gave her a new princess bike, that she fell off about 5 times the first time riding it. She took some pretty tight corners at a good fast pace and down she went. The Birkeland Family Blog. Monday, December 26, 2011. Mama with Lucy Lynne. All the kids right before going to bed on Christmas Eve. The kids got out their chairs for Santa to put their presents on, and we put out ginger cookies and a glass of milk for Santa. We let the kids fall asleep in our bed and then transfered them to their beds after they were asleep. Christmas morning and all of its Magic! Notice the stack of presents on the floor behind Emmi. All are unopened or looked at. Could it be DAD?

The Birkeland Family Blog. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Brian and Lars were some brave souls to take 7 kids up in the Uintahs to the Cabin. This by all means is no luxurious cabin. No electricity, no water, no toilets. Not my kind of fun in the dead of winter, but the kids had a complete blast. The next day was a fun filled day of sledding and snowmobiling. Echoes From Our Hearts. Friday, February 22, 2013. We just returned from a wonderful fun filled cruise to the Bahamas with my mom, stepdad, brothers, Ashley (Josh's girlfriend) and my stepdad's parents. We had an absolute blast! Considering the weather was less than ideal the first two days, the pools and slides remained closed on those days, and it was entirely too cold and windy to venture to the top deck to play putt putt (though we DID try) we had a little boy on our hands who was quite a trooper.
