You know you are in Jersey when we have simultaneously so much money we can give free icecreams to airport passengers all season, but we are too poor to resume free school milk. In France dairy producers are blockading roads and engaging in television debates about their plight. I think we can safely say there are those in Jersey who know which side their bread is buttered.
