Friday, October 29, 2010. Hot, mulled apple cider is a favorite of mine! I love when fall rolls around and I can start drinking this tasty beverage. I gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling inside when I start to smell all the spices blend with the apple juice. Very comforting. :). I always add extra cinnamon in my cider. I love cinnamon. (Did you know that cinnamon helps your blood sugar go down? Well, it does. So add more cinnamon to your daily diet. :) ). Cozy up to some mulled apple cider tonight!

I decided to go with the petite version for a few reasons:. 1 Anything mini is super cute in my book. 2 I can make a stroopwafles. Or a version similar)! Edward and Sons Trading Co. - The same company I use for my gf sprinkles). When I discovered they made sugar cones (on top) as well as the cake cones (on bottom), I became as giddy as a school girl. They are super easy to make, and it takes little to no time at all! Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Soy-free, Egg-free. I found some gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free graham-style crackers called " S'moreables. No worries, though, if you can not find these graham-style crackers, feel free to use a gf cookie instead.

My Farmer's Market provided me with leeks and kale. I had my gluten-free pasta of choice ready to go in my cupboard. Sounds like it's going to be pasta for dinner! Yum (and easy.).
