This is the third time it has snowed in the month of December! Of course, we missed the biggest one Christmas Eve, but at least we got some today! Here are some of the pictures. Christmas in Beaumont 2009. We spent the Christmas holidays between Cliff's family and mine. We missed the White Christmas in Fort Worth, but did get to see some of the left overs. I was surprised to see snow when we got home 2 days after the snow.at least we got to see some of it! This morning we had a nice surprise.SNOW!

Today Cliff and I went to Okemah, Oklahoma which is about 4 hours northeast of our home. I went to do something for the company I used to work for before we moved. After I finished we ate at a small diner in their downtown area. It was called Boomerangs. It is a 50s style diner, and it had really good food. It was fun to eat somewhere different for a change! The decor of the diner was cute. Each letter of this sign was taken from a license plate. Love the sign over the door made of license plates.

Today was my monthly appointment, and I am also 12 weeks. We did get to hear the heartbeat which was so neat. The doctor said that it was good and healthy and was about 150 bpm. He jokingly told me not to read anything into that! 8 more weeks and we can find out the sex! He also pointed out to us that the other sounds we were hearing was the baby moving. So amazing! I pulled the sheets off of the bed today to wash and left the comforter on the floor. I was looking for Shadow, and I couldn't find him anywhere. Cliff and I took on the job of painting our house. I was a little unsure of the my color choice, but I do think that it is growing on me. I'm glad that I am liking it more because we used it in our den, breakfast room, kitchen, dining room, halls, and laundry room. So, it is almost everywhere! Thanksgiving Fellowship at Church! We had church Tuesday night instead of our Wednesday night service this week due to Thanksgiving.
