Thursday, May 21, 2009. Life with twins is tiring! Really, I imagine life with just one premature baby would be tiring! I think we are almost out of the stage where we have got to make sure Ethan and Grant eat every 3 to 4 hours, day or night! I just weighed Grant and he is now 10 lbs 4 oz. Friday, February 27, 2009. Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23 (Today's NIV). Today was a big day for the boys! Grant had his IV and his PICC line taken out today! He also wore his first clothes today. This morning daddy changed his diaper. I had already changed Ethan's and it turns out I got the much better deal on that one! Daddy got a VERY MESSY poopie diaper and got peed on!

They had their four month well visit and we learned that preemies should double their birth weight by the time they are six months old. Grant and Ethan passed that mark a while back! Thursday, October 1, 2009. Grant and Ethan are now scooting and rolling everywhere! They are so cute and they are keeping us quite busy. Ethan adjusts his mirrors. Look out Sierra, Grant's car only moves in reverse these days! It seems as if we've made umpteen trips to see doctors over the past few weeks. We've had well baby visits, sick visits, and high risk newborn visits! Ethan doesn't want anyone messing with his milk! Grant sleeping through his treatment (it's much easier to give that way! Thursday, July 23, 2009. Nina with Ethan (sitting) and Grant. Ethan and his tiger blanket, cute as can be! Grant Both boys are so expressive! This picture always makes me laugh. Brothers. Grant is now about 12.5 pounds and Ethan is about 11.5. They had to stop sleeping in the same crib some time ago because one of them was always kicking the other in the head! Isn't that the sweetest? Grant hanging out with his buddy, Lucas. Grant is one happy guy! He's not too keen on the idea just yet, though.
