Mantooth Family: The Stay-Cation
http://kandjmantoothfamily.blogspot.com/2010/12/stay-cation.html
Monday, December 20, 2010. We checked into a nice local hotel (Yay for post-football season reduced rates! And quickly headed to our massages. Admittedly, an hour doesn't remove the stress of "crafting" with 2nd graders, but it was a great start! Dinner was a bit more eventful than we might have liked (I "murdered" a creepy crawly friend that joined us at the table.), but dinner ended up being free! A buffet breakfast capped off the decadence, and we packed up and headed home. What a great idea! The Gree...

Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Elf on the Shelf. Admittedly, I had blown off the "Elf on the Shelf" fad. However, I left for a week-long conference at the beginning of December and poor Jamie, unaware of the work it takes to maintain the life of an elf (Have you seen the amount of sweets they eat? Brought "Elfin" (as named by Jack) into our lives. Enjoy our captured Elfin memories:. That is too funny! December 22, 2010 at 5:36 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Save Time and Money Too! Mantooth Family: Christmas/New Year's 2010
http://kandjmantoothfamily.blogspot.com/2011/01/christmasnew-years-2010.html
Sunday, January 2, 2011. Christmas 2010.the year that "Elfin" entered our lives, Santa came to Auburn, Jack got the flu and Auburn had a white Christmas.and we missed it! Despite the health (or lack thereof) set back (Luckily, the girls and I had our flu shot.and Jamie has seemingly avoided any fall out.), we had a sweet and quiet time opening one gift and reading/discussing the Christmas story on Christmas Eve. Then, we had a nice, laid back Christmas morning with a manageable amount of gifts. Calling h...

As was the case last year with an incident in New York, Nashville has got...

However, Jack got messy at lunch and needed a new shirt so I told him to go ahead and get dressed. I reminded him that he might want to wear his jersey for watching the football game this evening. First, he wanted to wear his Aubie shirt to show Aubie:. And then he told us he needed his hat:. And then he ran off to get his shakers (and his football):. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Fisher Family ... life and more: March 2011
http://fisherphotolife.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Well, once again the springtime holidays are sneaking up on me! Wasn't it just Christmas? Before we know it, it's going to be Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day. I always struggle with what to give my mom and dad on these holidays. I mean, the traditional tie for Father's Day or a bouquet of flowers for mom just seems tired to me. I like to do things a little bit different. Don't you? To help you out a little, I am offering a special spring sale through the end of March. What a c...

Fisher Family ... life and more: Day in, day out
http://fisherphotolife.blogspot.com/2014/10/day-in-day-out.html
Thursday, October 16, 2014. Day in, day out. You know, settling in to a new place really is a process. I feel bad for not posting more regularly. However, I also don't think most people care about my search for the nearest grocery store or coffee shop. (I have found both, though.). Although, I can tell you that the food here is amazing. Being a "meat" lover I adore all the local, family owned butcher shops that have been here forever. There is just nothing like it. As a result, he lost most of his left f...
