Since 2011 self employed. 2010 - 2011 Burrell Collection. 2008 - 2010 Ken Chapelle - clock repairer, Glasgow. 2006 - 2008 Riverside Museum Project. 2003 - 2006 Ethnological Museum Berlin. 1998 - 2003 FHTW University of Applied Sciences. 1996 - 1998 Ethnological Museum Berlin. I am a full member of the Institute of Conservation (ICON). I work with full insurance cover. All work is undertaken at my workshop based in Glasgow or on-site, depending on the project and the scale of items worked on.

These are examples of my conservation work, showing the range of materials and items from various sociocultural contexts. This 16th century clock is part of Glasgow's Burrell Collection. The North European clock made mainly of iron and wood is thought to be unique of its kind. It was decided that the clock can be run on rare occasions to keep the stress to a minimum but show its fascination as a kinetic object. Culture and Sport Glasgow (Glasgow Museums).
