Sunday, January 30, 2011. Little Guppies or Big Sharks? Either way to you look at them, Chalisse and Jensen have been swimming like crazy the last couple of months. I have enjoyed going to many of their meets cheering them on or more like yelling like crazy. I tried to get some good pictures, but most of them were nice pictures of bubbles and splashes of water. Monday, April 25, 2011. If you asked me a year ago when I qualified for the Boston Marathon if I was going to run it I would have told you no. But after major influence from my brothers, and a lot of support from my family, I decided I was going to run it, but with a different attitude. I wanted to take it all in and enjoy the marathon. For Christmas we got a new puppy. We named him Coal. He is the most loveable dog in the world. I'm sure glad Kami was looking out for us and found him. Monday, May 30, 2011. Memorial Day Classic Half Marathon. This was my first time running for a charity event. So even though Mother Nature didn't wish to cooperate, that wasn't going to stop me. Sunday, October 3, 2010. St George Marathon 2010. I finished my goal that I set for this year running five Utah marathons. The St. George Marathon completed it for me. Although it was well organized and the course was great, the weather prevented me from doing my best. They had a record breaking hot day for that time of year. When I left the hotel at 4:00 am it was 57 degrees outside and it only warmed up from there, which left me finishing when it was cooking. I found it odd that they would put bon.
